If you're tired of following fad diets or swallowing numerous supplements that are touted to help you lose weight— try getting back to basics.  Weight loss doesn't need to be complicated and it should not require you to purchase anything that can't be found at your local farmer's market or neighborhood supermarket. 

Here's a great resource—free of charge—that will provide you with a sound, personalized food plan. In order to learn the amount of each food group that you need daily, simply enter your age, sex, weight (optional), height and activity level and presto!  The results page allows you to print out your food plan in .pdf format and you can view and print a meal tracking worksheet.
