Hi Fitness Partners,

Thank you so very much to each of you who made a donation to the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF) in support of my participation in the 2008 Knoxville Half Marathon on March 30, 2008.  Because of you, the LAF received $705 to provide support to cancer patients and loved ones.

Dana and I had an absolute blast walking our first Half Marathon in celebration of my 2nd cancer-free year!  We caught the marathon bug and we are going to walk in the Atlanta Half Marathon on Thanksgiving Day in November, 2008.  Again, we will use the event to raise money for the LAF.  We would love to exceed $705 in donations for our participation in the Atlanta Marathon!  Please help us make that possible by contributing through the Click & Donate! button on this website or at  http://www.fitnesspartnerslivestrong.com.

The LAF offers free information, advice, and person-to-person encouragement when cancer strikes.  It supported me through my cancer diagnosis and treatment. By making a contribution you are helping to offer knowledge, reassurance and inspiration to cancer patients, their friends, family and caregivers.

I can tell you from my own experience, the LAF can help make one of the most difficult times not only bearable, but inspirational, educational and empowering.  Please join us in the fight by making a donation to give another cancer patient or loved one hope.

Knowledge is power. Unity is strength. Attitude is everything.

LIVESTRONG fitness partners!

Health and happiness,

Vicki
